What you will do

  • Manage site content to ensure accurate and engaging promotional materials are displayed to players.
  • Collaborate with Casino Promotions and CRM teams to design unique, ROI-driven promotional experiences.
  • Draft promotional terms and conditions in coordination with legal and compliance teams.
  • Coordinate with Casino Operations to align game offerings with player eligibility.
  • Partner with the BI team to secure analytical support for promotional performance analysis.
  • Brief customer service and marketing acquisition teams on upcoming promotional launches.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in online casino operations or a related casino role.
  • Strong passion for casinos and gaming with a commitment to exceptional user experience.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a license with gaming regulatory agencies.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
