What you will do

• Own and maintain commercial lease agreements and documentation for global portfolio
• Abstract leases, amendments, and agreements into management systems and tools accurately
• Monitor portfolio for critical dates, obligations, and enhancement opportunities
• Prepare lease summaries, reports, and data insights for planning, audits, and analysis
• Support end-to-end transactions including commencements, renewals, amendments, and exits
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors for execution and compliance
• Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and data integrity

Requirements

• Experience interpreting commercial real estate (CRE) leases and related agreements
• Experience managing and maintaining leases across global portfolios
• Strong attention to detail with ability to define commercial terms clearly for senior audience
• Background in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related
