What you will do
- Manage incoming service requests in a timely, efficient, and effective way
- Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor open requests for technicians to ensure prompt service delivery meeting contractual terms
- Maintain effective and timely communication with technicians and obtain regular progress updates for outstanding work
Requirements
- English: professional proficiency (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing, speaking, listening, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational acumen, multitasking, and sense of urgency
- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends (primarily supporting US working time 13:00-07:00 CET)
- Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia
