What you will do

• Manage incoming service requests in a timely, efficient, and effective way
• Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor open requests for technicians to ensure prompt service delivery meeting contractual terms
• Maintain effective and timely communication with technicians and obtain regular progress updates for outstanding work

Requirements

• English: professional proficiency (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing, speaking, listening, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational acumen, multitasking, and sense of urgency
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends (primarily supporting US working time 13:00-07:00 CET)
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia
