Technical Team Lead - Growth Team (.NET/Vue): Building and optimizing features that drive business growth such as cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the platform with an accent on code quality, architectural integrity, and scalable technical solutions. Focus on leading technical delivery of the roadmap, hands-on development of high-performing features, and ensuring engineering standards through code reviews and mentorship.
Location: Rotterdam (hybrid with up to 5 weeks workation remote per year)

What you will do
- Act as technical authority in the Trio (Product Owner, Designer, Tech Lead), ensuring roadmap feasibility and scalability.
- Manage technical delivery, set priorities, and meet roadmap milestones for the Growth Team.
- Oversee architecture and strategy, leading improvements in .NET and Vue.js stack.
- Contribute hands-on to codebase, delivering features and solving complex challenges.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain readable, maintainable, secure code.
- Collaborate with other Tech Leads, CTO, and managers for organizational alignment; mentor developers on best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years software development experience, mastery of .NET ecosystem (C#, SQL Server) preferred.
- Previous lead or senior role handling technical roadmaps and delivery.
- Solid understanding of web/SPA/component architecture, backend patterns, database optimization.
- Passion for clear, maintainable code with industry practices and testing.
- Strong ownership, prioritization for business goals; knowledge of web security, APIs (RESTful), cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong communicator translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
