What you will do

• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Support teams to identify friction points and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Design, prototype, and build internal tools and MVPs, including dashboards and process automations.
• Develop services and automate tasks by integrating with internal/external APIs and working with SQL.
• Pitch and test ideas quickly, evolving solutions based on continuous user feedback.
• Operate within a small, agile, cross-functional unit with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

• Foundation in backend (Python, Node.js, or Ruby) or frontend (React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular) development.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and SQL databases.
• Fluent Spanish and fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in Spain.
