What you will do

• Ensure the uptime, deliverability, and performance of the CX Workspace for hundreds of concurrent users.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines within the Azure ecosystem, including Redis caching and query optimization.
• Own automated data pipelines bridging the internal Hub to the Data Gateway and HubSpot.
• Develop high-performance frontend interfaces using Next.js and robust backend microservices using NestJS.
• Participate in product discovery and rapid prototyping to solve internal workflow frictions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development supporting live platforms with active users.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (SQL and Python are a strong plus).
• Practical experience building responsive SSR web applications using Next.js (React).
• Solid understanding of Node.js and the NestJS framework for scalable server-side apps.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD, and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience building custom integrations with third-party APIs, preferably HubSpot.
