What you will do
- Act as the primary operational contact for clients, supporting payment, card, and account operations.
- Handle wire transfers across global payment systems and resolve FX-related inquiries.
- Manage banking documentation requests, including reference letters and business-critical paperwork.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to investigate and resolve complex client operational issues.
- Identify recurring bottlenecks to contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Professional experience in customer support, ideally within the banking or corporate services industry.
- Native or professional fluency in English.
- Strong communication skills and a resourceful, customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
