TL;DR

OneStream Developer (ERP): Design, develop, and implement OneStream financial management solution for federal reporting, consolidation, and data integration with an accent on data integrations, cubes, workflows, dashboards, and business rules. Focus on building scalable audit-ready systems, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with teams for financial alignment.

Location: Remote (US, requires Department of War (DoW) Secret clearance)

What you will do

  • Support design and build of OneStream platform under Technical Lead guidance
  • Develop data integrations, cubes, dimension metadata, workflows, dashboards, business rules, and financial calculations
  • Participate in client discovery sessions to gather and refine business requirements
  • Demonstrate system functionality to stakeholders
  • Contribute to system testing, UAT, and end-user training
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams for financial reporting alignment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Holds a Department of War (DoW) Secret clearance
  • Hands-on experience or foundational knowledge in OneStream (or similar EPM/CPM), VB.NET, SQL, IBM Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion HFM
  • Experience supporting financial systems implementations or enhancements
  • Creativity, adaptability, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication

Nice to have

  • Understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, GAAP, federal frameworks
  • Experience with OneStream consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, or federal ERP like GFEBS, SAP
  • Past federal agency or DoW experience
  • Teamwork, customer relations, compliance with data standards
