What you will do

• Take full accountability for specific ADAS features (e.g., TFL, High Beam Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring) from concept to production.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to create detailed feature specifications and provide continuous feedback during development.
• Represent OEM customer interests internally to ensure feature scope and performance targets are strictly met.
• Harmonize requests across different customers to develop reusable assets and ensure product scalability.
• Serve as the primary liaison between OEMs, product teams, and engineering teams to facilitate streamlined communication.
• Maintain the strategic feature roadmap and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Expertise in specifying and delivering ADAS features from concept to production.
• Strong background in automotive processes, including requirements management, V-model, and ASPICE.
• Proven ability to negotiate requirements and align expectations between OEMs and internal teams.
• Technical competence to engage in discussions about trade-offs and feasibility in ADAS development.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the London office.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated success shipping ADAS features into large-scale production automotive programs.
• Knowledge of automotive quality and safety standards such as SOTIF, FuSa, GSR-II, and DCAS.
• Experience with machine learning, LLMs, and recent generative AI architectures.
• Strong ability to bridge technical and business perspectives across stakeholders.
