What you will do

• Deliver as a mission team member to build and develop the client's core-banking product.
• Support and oversee junior engineers while acting as a subject matter expert.
• Develop clean, well-tested, reusable code that's easy to maintain and extend.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape engineering direction with customer interests at heart.
• Uphold backend standards, promote best practices and innovation across the chapter.
• Resolve technical issues collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid in Warsaw
• Solid practical and theoretical knowledge of Java software development.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot / Micronaut.
• Understanding of Kubernetes / Docker.
• Excellent understanding of AWS for deployment and configuration.
• Experience with message-driven architectures, Kafka, event sourcing.
• Success delivering in agile environments.
• Experience in highly secure application environments.
• Ability to act as SME and communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
