What you will do

• Define architectural standards and frameworks for software development.
• Own development of critical systems requiring high reliability.
• Develop technical roadmaps and participate in planning sessions.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to meet business needs.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support skill development in the team.
• Monitor project timelines, ensure quality, and coordinate with other team leads.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software development with proven track record of high-quality, scalable systems.
• Proficiency in C# with essential knowledge of Unity.
• Proficiency in client-backend integrations.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and code quality maintenance via reviews and CI/CD.
• Strong Git and code repository management; familiarity with game development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
