What you will do

• Champion AI adoption by identifying opportunities to automate and streamline company workflows.
• Evaluate, trial, and implement AI-powered tools, including light configuration and automation.
• Partner with IT, InfoSec, and People teams to ensure responsible rollouts with clear training and feedback loops.
• Design and deliver role-relevant training to enable teams to apply AI in real-world workflows.
• Facilitate many-to-many learning through lunch-and-learns, demos, and office hours.
• Track and measure adoption efficiencies and contribute insights to organizational learning.

Requirements

• Strong operational instincts with a focus on improving processes and reducing friction.
• Hands-on approach to AI with the ability to translate possibilities into practical workflows.
• Experience evaluating tools and making pragmatic recommendations.
• Excellent written communication and confidence in facilitating sessions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid working model.
