What you will do

• Design and own technical architecture of The SOURCE® platform.
• Translate creative workflows into scalable systems supporting agency and future SaaS.
• Build internal tools, integrate AI/automation, and establish standards/documentation.
• Ship fast, iterate with users, and make pragmatic build vs buy decisions.
• Partner with founder on product vision, sequencing, and future engineering groundwork.

Requirements

• 6–12+ years in engineering, product, or architecture roles building platforms from zero.
• Full-stack: React/Next.js frontend, Node.js/Python(FastAPI) backend, REST/GraphQL, auth/permissions.
• Systems thinking: relational/hybrid data modeling (Postgres/JSON) for brands/assets/campaigns.
• Workflow automation: API integrations (Stripe/Jira/Webflow), tools (Zapier/n8n), async workflows/dashboards.
• AI/LLM: prompt engineering, embeddings, vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate), brand guardrails.
• Shipping mentality: ruthless scoping, fast v1, iteration, tradeoffs.
