What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on business and quality parameters in project teams
• Develop, enhance, and modify test automation frameworks based on project needs
• Review test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures for manual and automated testing
• Execute tests per standards, manage QA aspects of development including requirement analysis
• Build automation scripts for sprint user stories using Selenium, Java, TestNG, Jenkins, Maven
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Learn new concepts and help recruit testing talent

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar
• 3-8 years in automation testing
• Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Java, data structures, algorithms
• Proficiency in frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, PyUnit
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, white/black box testing, SQL, scripting
• Expertise in design patterns, multi-threading, automated unit testing, CI/CD, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with REST APIs, Agile/SCRUM
• Excellent English communication, problem-solving, analytical skills
