What you will do

• Take technical ownership of core application components with a focus on long-term scalability and maintainability
• Design and develop frontend features with React (TypeScript) and backend with C#/.NET
• Optimize SQL Server databases including schema design, performance tuning, and data integrity
• Implement and automate unit/integration tests for code quality
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and DevOps using Azure DevOps for CI/CD and tracking
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent + 5+ years full-stack and cloud-native development experience
• Proficiency in C#/.NET (backend), React/Redux/TypeScript/Redis (frontend), SQL Server (T-SQL, schema, stored procedures)
• Azure (App Services, Containers, Scaling, Message Queues)
• Automated testing with xUnit/Moq or similar + secure coding (OWASP Top 10)
• Solid software architecture knowledge (microservices, SPA) + Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience
• Excellent communication skills; self-starter mindset

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power BI Embedded and Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards)
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience
