What you will do

• Provide finance expertise and policy guidance as member of manufacturing location management teams.
• Support business decisions through operational analysis, performance measures, and KPIs.
• Coach business on finance-related topics and coordinate forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Prepare and develop monthly reporting for Global Supply and hirify.global management systems.
• Drive cost competitiveness in production, manage operation cost elements like capacity utilization and hourly rates.
• Control inventory, investments, work in progress, fixed assets, and Net Working Capital.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, rules, regulations, and corporate governance.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Management or Business Administration.
• +3 years’ experience in financial management, business controlling and cost accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing in an international/global environment is an advantage.
• Experience with finance reporting tools, report and dashboard development, especially Power BI, good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and excellent Excel proficiency.
• Fluent English and Finnish.
• Strong analytical skills, proactive and result-oriented work style.
