What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design and optimization of conversion-critical surfaces like pricing pages, subscription flows, upgrade prompts, paywalls, and checkout.
• Own top-of-funnel touchpoints including landing pages, onboarding, and campaign experiments focused on measurable performance.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate UX and conversion insights.
• Build and evolve design frameworks and templates for rapid experimentation across web and in-product channels.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, data, and content teams to align designs with user needs and business goals.
• Manage the design system for consistency and use AI tools to accelerate prototyping and experimentation.

Requirements

• Portfolio showing CRO, Growth, and UX work with proven impact on conversion, retention, or lifetime value.
• Experience in conversion-focused UX and web design for marketing, product, or e-commerce.
• Strong visual craft in typography, hierarchy, color, and composition.
• Expertise in A/B testing, experiment design, and UX optimization.
• Understanding of UX psychology, growth experimentation, and conversion principles.
• Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, or similar.
