Principal Test Automation Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Jenkins, and Maven
• Review test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures for manual and automated testing
• Execute tests per standards, manage QA aspects of development including requirement analysis
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Contribute to recruiting testing talent and share knowledge on new ideas

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• BS in Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar
• 8-10 years in automation testing
• Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Java, data structures, algorithms
• Proficiency in frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, PyUnit; white/black box testing
• Strong SQL, scripting, design patterns, multi-threading, automated unit testing
• CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, Agile/Scrum
