Leading eco-friendly household essentials business donating 50% of profits to clean water and sanitation access, with hubs in Australia, Philippines, US, and Europe.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic merchandising and roadmap for global site content, product launches, and promotions across Shopify CMS.
  • Partner with marketing teams to build and optimize high-performing landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Drive on-site A/B testing, proposing and analyzing experiments on navigation, UX, and checkout elements.
  • Establish QA standards, automated workflows, and repeatable templates for operational excellence.
  • Design AI-powered optimizations to accelerate campaign deployment and reduce manual effort.
  • Monitor metrics like CVR, AOV, and bounce rates to diagnose issues and enable real-time pivots.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be in Philippines
  • Expert-level Shopify experience (Plus preferred), including CMS, metafields, and governance.
  • Solid experience in large-scale e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, or product management.
  • Proven track record driving conversion growth through on-site optimization.
  • Deep experience in global markets handling multiple currencies and regions preferred.
  • Strong technical literacy in HTML/CSS, SEO, AI automation, and A/B testing tools.

  • Experience leading a team or workstream.
