What you will do

• Support implementation of business solutions including planning, testing, training, and post-go-live
• Partner with agents to identify needs, improve performance, and expand services
• Configure solutions to fit agent operations
• Train users on systems and best practices
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and track KPIs
• Analyze data for trends and share insights for improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in operations, sales support, consulting, or analytics
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or brokerage highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills for multiple priorities
• Comfortable with data and insights for decisions
• Strong communication and relationship-building
• Ability to troubleshoot in fast-paced environment
