What you will do

• Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Create animations for company events, including intros, loops, and presentations.
• Adapt and localize video content for various countries and languages.
• Scale content production by generating multiple variations from master videos.
• Utilize Adobe After Effects templates and AI tools to optimize production speed.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams from conceptualization to final delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in motion design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and composition.
• Experience with AI tools in creative workflows and video localization.
• English: Intermediate level (B1) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Experience creating content for LATAM, SEA, or MENA regions.
• Knowledge of sound design and audio-video synchronization.
• Background in SaaS, fintech, or product-based companies.
• Familiarity with Jira.
