What you will do

• Create engaging motion graphics and video content for Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
• Support the development of storytelling-driven visuals with strong pacing and design fundamentals.
• Design transitions, animated typography, and simple VFX while following brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and producers to bring creative concepts to life.
• Revise and improve assets based on internal feedback and performance insights.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing motion design work and understanding of performance marketing principles.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Experience using Figma.
• English: Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to take feedback positively and apply it effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Nice to have

• Ability to work with AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, and suno.ai.
• Experience with video automation techniques like expressions, MOGRTs, and Essential Graphics.
