What you will do

• Build diverse pools of active and passive candidates via market research, active search, employee referrals, and job boards
• Vet candidates thoroughly and recommend optimal interviewing teams to accelerate hiring
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to offer
• Prioritize positive candidate experience with fast communication for candidates and hiring managers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align expectations and drive successful outcomes

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate English (clear verbal and written communication)
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews
• Proven ability to handle high-volume recruiting
• Strong knowledge of HR practices
• High attention to detail in job descriptions, candidate messaging, and scheduling
• Experience in international organizations
