What you will do

• Design and implement complex architectural solutions for ERP and HCM systems.
• Lead the migration from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Translate business requirements into integrated system designs and process flows.
• Oversee complex IT projects, including budget management, timelines, and vendor selection.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide expert guidance on design best practices and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and coach technical staff while evaluating new technologies for adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in HCM or ERP migration to Oracle Fusion.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for meetings and trainings.
• Experience leading large-scale IT initiatives and managing vendors.
