What you will do

• Be an integral part of the team accountable for commercial and contractual performance of projects.
• Support business objectives by delivering value for money in all circumstances.
• Carry out assigned duties efficiently in accordance with processes and procedures.
• Comply with established commercial, procurement, and contractual strategies.
• Take responsibility for complying with environmental, health, safety, security, and quality standards.
• Perform cost planning, estimating, post-contract, and procurement duties.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction-related technical discipline.
• MRICS or member of other relevant professional body – or desire to attain.
• Mechanical & Electrical (M&E/W&E) Cost Management experience.
• Data Centre experience.
• Proven technical/project delivery experience from consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation.
• Stakeholder management with focus on developing client accounts; team management experience.
