What you will do
- Drive Merchant Acquiring business across sectors including supermarkets, pharmacies, filling stations, eateries, and hotels.
- Develop plans and initiatives to grow Merchant Acquisition and achieve sales goals.
- Manage and lead regional Merchant Acquisition team for profitable growth.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, ensuring targets are met.
- Drive Key Account Managers to meet their KPIs.
- Follow up with merchants, visit active/inactive ones, and retrieve POS terminals as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or related fields.
- 6-8 years experience in Merchant business.
- Must have an Android phone.
- Proven experience managing high-performance sales team.
- Ability to motivate sales managers for performance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, customer orientation, flexibility, and result-oriented mindset.
