What you will do

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new partners while expanding relationships with existing ones
• Act as primary contact for partners, addressing needs and resolving issues
• Ensure partners comply with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams on market development strategies
• Represent the company at industry events, with occasional travel
• Provide strategic insights to retain partners and drive success
• Meet and exceed KPIs focused on business growth

Requirements

• Fluency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic required (Turkish advantageous)
• At least 2 years in Partnership Management or Business Development in financial services
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven sales and business development track record
• In-depth knowledge of financial services regulations
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, global environment with diverse cultures
