What you will do

• Define architecture and technical standards for platform solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 iOS developers, conducting 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Fastlane, and Tart.
• Build internal shared libraries for UI components, architecture utilities, and dev tools.
• Plan technical debt, decompose tasks, and provide accurate estimations.
• Review code and maintain high-quality technical documentation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of iOS development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a team lead role.
• Strong Swift skills and deep knowledge of the iOS SDK.
• Solid understanding of Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and mobile automation.
• Experience with multi-module projects (SPM) and testing at all levels (unit, UI, integration).

Nice to have

• Experience in the finance or trading domain.
