What you will do

  • Provide technical support across vehicle systems, focusing on diagnostics and root cause analysis.
  • Resolve inquiries from dealers and internal teams via phone and electronic channels.
  • Guide dealers through repair processes and ensure accurate case documentation.
  • Collaborate with technicians, agents, engineers, and project managers to resolve complex issues.
  • Document cases, coordinate field engineer visits, and escalate when necessary.
  • Engage in training, product knowledge exchange, and occasional vehicle testing.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • At least 5 years of automotive experience, ideally in a senior dealership workshop role.
  • Degree in automotive technology or equivalent technical education.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics; EV, HV certification (e.g., HV EV Specialist / DGUV L2+ / IMI Level 4) is a strong advantage.
  • Experience using diagnostic tools.
  • Analytical, organized, and customer-focused mindset.
