What you will do
- Lead project engineering teams to ensure timeliness, cost efficiency, and high quality in delivery projects.
- Supervise the design of Marine Control Systems, including hardware, system design, and application engineering.
- Test and commission products in yards, primarily in France, Germany, Norway, and Italy.
- Provide technical expertise to support the team and Project Manager during project execution.
- Implement and maintain engineering-related quality assurance and control methods.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in automation or a similar field.
- Experience leading engineering projects from the design phase through to commissioning and handover.
- Proficiency in Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and/or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), including HW/System configuration and FBD programming.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Polish communication.
- Valid driving license (at least category B).
Nice to have
- Process know-how of Marine and experience related to DCS/PLC Marine control systems.
- Communication skills in German, French, or Italian.
