Supplier Quality & Development Director

What you will do

• Oversee all supplier-related quality issues.
• Conduct supplier audits and qualifications.
• Manage SQA, SQC, and project quality targets in supplier workshops.
• Perform RCA on complaints and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead supplier development initiatives.
• Own digital tools for supplier quality management.

Requirements

• Mechanical background with Bachelor degree or above
• 8+ years as quality manager or above in heavy industry
• Rich experience in welding, machining, NDT, materials, heat treatment, surface treatment
• Familiar with supplier quality management, audits, and qualification
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools like 8D, A3
• Experience leading teams of 20+ members
• Good English communication skills (listening and speaking)
• Able to work under pressure, strong logic, systemic problem handling, self-motivated, organized

Nice to have

• Experience leading continuous improvement projects for supplier quality
