Staff Product Manager, Core Algorithms & Sensing Platforms (HealthTech)

Staff Product Manager (HealthTech): Leading product strategy for core sensing and algorithmic foundations to enable future member experiences with an accent on the intersection of software, firmware, hardware, and science. Location: Hybrid/On-site in Helsinki or Oulu, or Remote (must be based in Finland). No relocation provided.

What you will do

• Own product strategy for core sensing and algorithmic capabilities across multiple product lines.
• Drive discovery and productization of capabilities spanning software, firmware, hardware, and cloud.
• Collaborate with Science and Engineering to translate algorithmic opportunities into a clear product direction.
• Lead tradeoff decisions regarding battery, memory, storage, and algorithm performance.
• Define the partitioning of algorithm capabilities across the ring, phone, and cloud.
• Influence future hardware architecture and system design choices from a product perspective.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in highly technical domains.
• Experience with connected devices, wearables, health tech, or embedded systems.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous 0-to-1 or platform-level initiatives.
• Strong systems thinking and experience managing technical constraints.
• Ability to guide tradeoffs in signal quality, power, and latency.
• Must be based in Finland (Remote or On-site in Helsinki/Oulu).

Nice to have

• Experience with biometric algorithms or signal-processing products.
• Knowledge of edge computing and cloud-based model deployment.
• Experience influencing hardware roadmaps from a product role.
• Experience in regulated or clinically adjacent health products.
• Experience operating across US and EU teams and time zones.
