What you will do

• Manage back-end operating systems and IAM tools to provide technology support, including account management and permission authorization.
• Perform access reviews, control monitoring, alerting, and risk identification and analysis.
• Maintain strong working relationships with business partners, product managers, developers, and security teams.
• Evaluate system functionality effectiveness and suggest improvements based on organizational needs.
• Correlate events across multiple systems to proactively surface and resolve underlying issues.
• Independently drive access control projects and provide standby support for emergency recoveries.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computing, or a related field.
• Direct experience and a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
• Proficiency in creating and managing access control policies based on business requirements.
• Solid understanding of security protocols and best practices.
• Must be based in Asia.
• Excellent oral and written English and Chinese (CN) communication skills are preferred.

Nice to have

• CISA certification.
• PMP certification.
