What you will do

• Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the Paid Social team.
• Launch and scale performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Telegram, and X Ads.
• Develop testing frameworks for creatives, funnels, audiences, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance using data to provide actionable insights.
• Monitor tracking accuracy, attribution models, and pixel implementation.
• Mentor and develop paid social specialists within the organization.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience specifically within the forex/CFD industry.
• Proven track record of managing high-budget performance campaigns.
• Deep expertise in Meta advertising and proficiency with other social platforms.
• Experience optimizing for CPA, FTDs, ROAS, and retention metrics.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and GTM.
• Fluent in English.
