What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and technical leadership for AI and ML security governance across the global enterprise.
• Design resilient security architectures that protect global assets and people while enabling rapid innovation.
• Collaborate with Enterprise IT and Product teams to secure hirify.global's infrastructure and runtime environments.
• Mentor engineering teams through the secure implementation of generative AI and multi-agent systems.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into technical architecture standards and implementation guidance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in information security, including 3+ years in enterprise security architecture.
• Deep expertise in designing secure patterns for infrastructure, cloud (AWS, Azure), network, and identity for AI model hosting.
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as PCI-DSS, NIST, GDPR, SOX, or HITRUST.
• Experience reviewing and approving security architecture for LLMs and multi-agent workflows.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, or CCSP.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required (E-Verify employer).

Nice to have

• Experience securing AI infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Background in software development with a focus on Python and machine learning libraries.
• Hands-on experience with LLM inference monitoring and RAG architectures.
• Experience implementing real-time security guardrails and automated policy enforcement in cloud platforms.
