Customer Reliability Technician (Mechanical Engineering)

Location: On-site in Bahrain

What you will do

• Perform daily equipment inspections and identify reliability, safety, and environmental issues.
• Coordinate on-site work with customers, create and manage work orders, and complete reliability software records.
• Troubleshoot customer applications and evaluate, select, and recommend mechanical seals and related equipment solutions.
• Support equipment commissioning, start-up, strip, repair, quality control, and failure investigations.
• Provide hands-on training on mechanical seal installation and system operation.
• Recommend improved inspection, repair, commissioning, inventory, and operating standards.

Requirements

• Graduate, preferably in mechanical engineering, or an experienced career-level professional.
• Mechanical engineering and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress environment.
• Knowledge of labor reporting, work order variances, QAD, MFG-PRO, SAP, or equivalent systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required by business needs.
• Strong written and verbal business communication, training, facilitation, influencing, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
