What you will do

• Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify reliability, safety, and environmental issues.
• Troubleshoot product performance and perform complex seal and equipment evaluations.
• Provide hands-on training for mechanical seal installations and system operations.
• Support Reliability Engineers in root cause analysis (RCA) and failure reporting.
• Manage work orders and recommendations through reliability software.
• Optimize inventory levels and establish reduction standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in mechanical engineering and troubleshooting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, QAD, or MFG-PRO.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Bahrain.
