Data Analyst

TL;DR

Data Analyst (Data Quality): Ensuring contract partners' data accuracy and completeness through verification, cleaning, and trend research with an accent on process improvements, risk management, and strategic recommendations. Focus on identifying remediation needs, maintaining real-time data accuracy, and acting as subject matter expert in data quality.

Location: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday (Central Time)

What you will do

• Ensure data integrity by verifying and cleaning contract partners' data for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide strategic recommendations on process and system improvements, control gaps, and technology solutions.
• Act as SME in data entry, quality, and management, serving as ambassador for data quality and risk management.
• Conduct independent research using third-party sources to identify trends, weaknesses, and remediation needs.
• Review and maintain data in real-time for precision and accuracy.
• Identify, report, and manage risks, including information security risks, within your scope.
• Work collaboratively in a team or independently with autonomy.

Requirements

• Experience in data verification, management, and cleaning (preferred).
• Data Management or Data Analyst degree or certification (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data manipulation, transformation, structure fixing, and automation.
• Experience with Electronic Records Management Systems and technical aptitude for software interfaces (preferred).
• Background in fire safety systems and NFPA Codes and Regulations (preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, time/task management, critical thinking, adaptability, communication, and professionalism.
