Location: Must be based full-time at the client's facility in China (Comprehensive relocation support and accommodation provided).

What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead for the Preclinical Polaris system, optimizing daily workflows and client partnerships.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and software challenges in real-time as a high-level expert.
• Lead system maintenance, repairs, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for new installations.
• Conduct technical onboarding and continuous training for the key account users.
• Implement validation protocols and performance analytics to ensure reproducible science.
• Act as the "Voice of the Field" for R&D and Engineering to influence future hardware and software iterations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, or Analytical Chemistry.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Willingness to relocate to China for the duration of the project.
• PhD with hands-on experience in hyperpolarization and NMR technologies (preferred).
• Practical expertise in NMR hardware operation and spectroscopy.
• Experience with Hyperpolarization (HP) technologies such as DNP or PHIP.
