What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate Information Security, SOC, and Digital Forensics teams, allocating tasks and tracking KPIs.
• Oversee SOC threat detection, alert triage, incident response, and post-incident analysis.
• Plan and conduct penetration testing engagements, validate vulnerabilities, and provide remediation guidance.
• Lead vulnerability assessments, prioritise risks, track remediation, and support patch management.
• Conduct digital forensic investigations, preserve evidence, and produce reports for management or legal review.
• Support risk assessments, compliance with ISO 27001/NIST, audits, and security awareness training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4–6 years’ experience in cybersecurity with hands-on testing or investigations; 2 years in senior or team leadership role.
• Professional certifications such as CEH, Security+, CHFI, OSCP (advantageous).
• Proficiency in penetration testing, vulnerability management, digital forensics, SOC operations, Microsoft security technologies (Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Entra ID).
• Strong technical leadership, analytical mindset, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
