TL;DR
Senior Testing Consultant (FinTech): Ensuring the quality and reliability of client onboarding projects and updates to SimCorp’s Global Standard Solutions with an accent on system integration testing, user acceptance testing, operational readiness testing, and financial workflows. Focus on designing test cases, debugging failures, managing defects in Azure DevOps, and coordinating quality sign-off with service providers and stakeholders.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico. Global hybrid policy requires working from the office two days per week, with remote work on the other days.

What you will do
- Execute system integration testing during client onboarding projects.
- Monitor, debug, and respond to failing tests with external service providers.
- Review test results, identify gaps, and support user acceptance and operational readiness testing.
- Design, maintain, and execute test cases from functional and technical requirements.
- Manage defects and testing reports in Azure DevOps.
- Track testing progress, risks, dependencies, readiness, and quality sign-off.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in testing, business analysis, or business consulting.
- Knowledge and experience testing SimCorp Dimension or at least one of its domains, such as trade processing, reconciliation, corporate actions, fund administration, or reporting.
- Experience with data mapping and advanced data analysis using Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and lifecycles, including equities, bonds, FX, deposits, mutual funds, derivatives, CTM, trading platforms, and SWIFT.
- 2–5 years of experience in asset management, investment operations, or financial services.
- English required for the application and professional communication.
