Senior Business Consultant (Fintech): Ensuring the quality and reliability of client onboarding projects and updates to hirify.global’s Global Standard Solutions with an accent on system integration testing (SIT), UAT, and ORT. Focus on safeguarding financial workflows, managing defect lifecycles in Azure DevOps, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth solution delivery.

Location: Mexico City (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Execute and oversee SIT activities during client onboarding projects.
• Monitor, debug, and react to failing tests in collaboration with external service providers.
• Support and consult business users during UAT and ORT phases.
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
• Manage the defect lifecycle and reporting using Azure DevOps.
• Track and report testing progress, risks, and dependencies across the value chain.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in hirify.global Dimension testing activities.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Tester, or Business Consultant in asset management, investment operations, or financial services.
• Knowledge of financial instruments (Equities, Bonds, FX, Deposits, Mutual Funds, Derivatives) and their lifecycles.
• Advanced data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Must be based in Mexico City to comply with the hybrid work policy.

Nice to have

• Expertise in data mapping.
• Deep domain knowledge in Trade Processing, Reconciliation, Corporate Actions, Fund Administration, or Reporting.
• DevOps mindset and belief in test-driven development.
