What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of Business and Technical roles across the APAC region.
  • Partner with hiring managers to influence decisions, shape strategies, and align recruiting priorities with business goals.
  • Source high-quality talent using creative channels beyond LinkedIn to reach top candidates.
  • Develop job posts, hiring plans, and screening rubrics to standardize the process.
  • Iterate on recruiting workflows based on candidate feedback to enhance the overall experience.
  • Mentor peers and build scalable processes to support rapid organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Significant experience hiring across multiple functions at high-growth startups or fast-paced companies.
  • Proven track record of hiring for both Business and Technical roles, including leadership positions.
  • Strong expertise in full-stack recruiting and proactive sourcing of passive talent.
  • Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities and complex pipelines.
  • Data-focused approach to measuring pipeline health and setting stakeholder expectations.
  • Must be based in or within commuting distance of Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.
