Based in Adelaide, Australia. This position is open to residents with authority to live and work in Australia.

What you will do
- Support HR services including responding to queries, policy guidance, employee records maintenance, and coordination of performance reviews and compensation.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: advertising, shortlisting, interviews, due diligence, contracting, and compliance with DFAT requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction, including briefings, compliance training, and due diligence.
- Maintain HR data, prepare reports, track recruitment progress, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the Program Enabling team.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in HR coordination and recruitment, preferably in international development or fast-paced environments.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Australian employment practices and HR processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, collaborative approach focused on service delivery.
