What you will do

• Lead the development and maintenance of scalable Java applications supporting core product offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex system features.
• Mentor junior developers and drive knowledge sharing across the engineering team.
• Conduct code reviews and establish best practices to maintain high software quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
• Research industry trends and emerging technologies to foster continuous innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in Java development.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, and both relational and non-relational databases.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD), Event Driven, and Hexagonal Architectures.
• Experience working within a Scrum/Agile environment.
• Expertise in DevOps and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
