What you will do

• Manage the start-up and initiation of clinical trials in the Neurology program, assessing operational feasibility for industry-sponsored studies.
• Oversee the preparation, submission, and maintenance of REB and regulatory documentation for Health Canada and the FDA.
• Lead, hire, and evaluate a diverse team of clinical research associates, coordinators, and students.
• Collaborate with investigators, industry liaisons, and international research teams to facilitate project logistics and information exchange.
• Manage study budgets, contracts, and equipment purchasing in coordination with funding agencies and foundations.
• Ensure total compliance with GCP (Good Clinical Practice), legal requirements, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Post-graduate degree with 4+ years of related experience, or an undergraduate degree with 6+ years of related experience.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in British Columbia, Canada.
• Extensive experience with the hirify.global RISe application process or similar online regulatory platforms.
• Deep knowledge of medical terminology, ethical principles, and Canadian regulatory legislation.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team with effective conflict resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Pediatric Neurology and industry trials.
• High degree of computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to maintain relationships between clinical and technical staff.
