What you will do
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and analysts building AI-driven workforce systems.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and automated workflows integrating HR and workforce planning platforms.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of ML systems, including development, MLOps, deployment, and model governance.
- Translate workforce strategies and business requirements into user-centric AI products and system architectures.
- Partner with senior HR leadership to operationalize the long-term vision for AI-driven workforce management.
- Leverage emerging AI capabilities, including Generative AI and LLMs, to enhance workforce insights.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI/ML systems end-to-end.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, optimization techniques, and Generative AI/LLMs.
- Deep understanding of MLOps and the ability to design scalable, high-performance systems.
- Strong product mindset and communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in Poland
Nice to have
- Experience with HR tech platforms such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
- Background in workforce analytics, talent intelligence, or people analytics.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with streaming/data platforms like Kafka or Spark.
- Experience operating in large, global, and matrixed organizations.
