What you will do

• Develop and configure applications using Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into functional features and service portal components.
• Support the SDLC using Scrum, Agile, and DevSecOps methodologies to ensure consistent platform releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues involving UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.
• Ensure adherence to USCG system security requirements and ServiceNow Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Create technical documentation for configurations and assist in migrating legacy processes into the platform.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Foundational experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Basic understanding of the SDLC and familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to follow federal technical documentation and security policies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or similar platform training.
• Experience or interest in supporting U.S. Coast Guard or DHS programs.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
