What you will do

• Design and develop ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions, including catalog items, UI forms, and complex workflows.
• Build and maintain scalable applications using scripting, business rules, and platform best practices.
• Implement features based on user stories within an Agile/Scrum framework, participating in all ceremonies.
• Manage the full SDLC, including unit testing, update set management, and code promotion across environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis to implement permanent fixes.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools like NowAssist and GitHub Copilot to optimize coding and analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall software engineering experience with 3–5 years specifically in ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise in Service Catalog, Business Rules, Scripting, and Application Development.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and experience with React, Angular, Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON integrations, and ServiceNow ATF scripting.
• Must possess ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• Experience working with Yokohama version or newer.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow ECPro, Portal development, and Catalog Builder.
• Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, Workspace, Survey, and Report Analytics.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Apigee, Ansible, ESGA, or Amelia.
• Understanding of enterprise platform governance and release management.
