What you will do
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Customer Support team to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Motivate, coach, and manage individual and team performance expectations and development plans.
- Analyze support metrics and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and other departments to improve processes and reduce case volume.
- Serve as a primary escalation point for client issues using a "call first" mentality for quick resolution.
- Coordinate product release management activities and customer communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or a related field.
- Up to 6 years of related professional experience.
- 0–1 year of experience managing employees or demonstrated leadership as a team/project lead.
- Fluent written and oral communication in English.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
