What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers via phone, email, and site visits to solve service issues.
• Develop technical proposals including scope definition, specifications, performance guarantees, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and spares departments to deliver necessary technical information.
• Schedule and manage technician hours for installations, start-up, and training.
• Track project scope, schedules, and finances, and prepare concise project reports.
• Engage customers to promote hirify.global technical services.

Requirements

• Experience in Tissue Converting Machine maintenance or troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work daily in the office (onsite).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for technical sales or project support.
• Must be living in the US and authorized to work without sponsorship (no relocation provided).
