What you will do

• Create and adapt original designs for product packaging, e-commerce visuals, website, and social media content.
• Develop and clearly communicate visual concepts for approval.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Development teams to align designs with project objectives.
• Provide guidance and supervise external agencies to finalize project deliverables.
• Manage multiple deadlines and priorities while ensuring consistent execution quality.
• Stay current with new technologies and emerging trends in graphic design.

Requirements

• DEC in graphic design or equivalent professional training.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar graphic design position.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Adobe XD) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in Montreal, Quebec.

• Bilingualism (English and French).
